UT-STAB(HT) is a high-temperature stabilizer specially designed for ultra-high temperature oil-based drilling fluids. It maintains stable performance at temperatures up to 232 °C (450 °F). It can effectively inhibit the oxidative degradation, emulsion breakdown, rheology runaway and sharp increase of fluid loss of oil-based drilling fluids under high-temperature conditions. It features high temperature resistance, emulsion stabilization, rheology control and fluid loss reduction, ensuring the long-term stability of drilling fluid systems in high-temperature deep wells and ultra-deep wells.
UT-STAB(HT) has good compatibility with other drilling fluid materials, and is applicable to oil-based drilling fluid systems such as diesel oil, white oil and synthetic base fluids. It is environmentally friendly and low in toxicity, containing no heavy metals.
