UTMUL-HW is an all-in-one emulsifier suitable for oil-based and synthetic-based mud systems.The term "all-in-one" means that when using UTMUL-HW, no additional auxiliary emulsifier or wetting agent is required.
UTMUL-HW exhibits excellent emulsifying performance, which can improve the thermal stability of drilling fluid and reduce high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss.It features low toxicity and non-fluorescence, and shows excellent compatibility with various oil-based drilling fluid additives with a wide range of applications.
At a working temperature not exceeding 149 °C (300 °F), UTMUL-HW enables the mud to maintain high emulsion breaking voltage, low HTHP fluid loss and desirable rheological properties.
We recommend preferential use of UTMUL-HW under low oil-water ratio conditions .

Solubility: soluble in oil. Insoluble in water.
