DYNAMUL-HT serves as a high-temperature primary emulsifier in oil- and synthetic-based drilling fluid systems. It is formulated to give good emulsification, improved thermal stability of the invert emulsion, and enhanced high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) filtration control. In a series of tests on oil-based drilling fluids, different base oils were used for formulation, with variations in drilling fluid density, oil-to-water ratio, and hot rolling temperature up to 232℃(450°F). DYNAMUL-HT can maintain high ES (electrical stability), low HTHP filtrate and desired rheological property.
DYNAMUL-HT comprises of modified amidoamine, glycol ether and low-toxic mineral oil.
